Starting on July 27th 2020, our RMA procedures will change in order to adopt a new dynamic system that will be faster and easier on operations. Here is what you need to know.

Please note that the following process only applies to returns of hardware and disposable devices. To return unopened e-liquid, please contact our team.
New online form
The RMA applications will benefit from a new and improved online form! Using a computer or a mobile device, you will be able to easily fill out a form per returned item.
The applications will now need the serial number of each product as well as a picture of the items.
No need for shipping
With our new method, there is no need to ship the defective items back to our warehouse.
Once your application is approved, you will only need to discard the defective items (in an environmentally-conscious way).
Once your application is approved, you will be automatically advised via email and the value of your declaration will be credited on your next purchase.
That is all!
Our new procedures guarantee a credit to your account within 10 working days after your application.
Please note that we might request a proof of purchase in order to validate your RMA application.
