We just added multiple documents that can help in the fight against coming government measures.
A meeting of the ruling party in Quebec (CAQ) recently took a position on the vaping industry: A prohibition of flavors in vaping products is currently underway.
There is also a provincial tax on vaping products to be expected (same value as the federal government).
This dual offensive has the potential to do a lot of damage to our industry that saves lives and keeps people away from smoking. We need to make our government understand the importance of our industry and that these measures will do more harm than good in the great fight against tobacco.
The CDVQ (Coalition des droits des vapoteurs du Québec) has set up a tool that allows us to easily convey our dissatisfaction to our elected officials. We need you and your customers to make our voices heard.
