New order processing policy

Our new model guarantees same-day shipping on orders placed before 3PM

Aligned with our mission of making our services faster for our customers, we are streamlining our operations and putting in place a cut-off time for our same-day shipping policy.

Starting today, every order placed online before 3:00 PM (eastern time) is guaranteed to be expedited on the same day. Every order placed after 3:00 PM will be expedited the following business day.

Thanks to this measure, we will simplify and have our operations more efficient, resulting in a faster service for our customers.
