New incomplete orders policy

How we are handling incomplete or erroneous orders

New policy in effect starting on August 29th, 2020.


Please note that starting today we are asking that our customers signal each orders that arrive incomplete and/or with erroneous items within 7 days from reception. This will allow us to correct the issues more quickly and efficiently, offering you a better service.

Note that ongoing issues on the August 29th 2020 date (or before) will still be treated.
