IMPORTANT : Returns period - What you need to know

As you already know, new regulations will govern the Quebec vaping products market starting November 1st.

This regulation will introduce some retail restrictions, of which here are the main points:

​

• Prohibition of selling vaping products with a flavor (other than tobacco).
• Imposition of a maximum capacity of 2mL on pre-filled e-liquid containers (except for refill containers, ex: e-liquid bottle)..
• Imposition of a maximum capacity of 30mL on the e-liquid bottle.

LKVape commits to offering it’s customers affected by this regulation the opportunity to make a one-time return of merchandise for a credit to their account (Quebec customers only).

​The special return period will be open from November 1st to November 30th, inclusively, during which time LKVape will process returns received at our warehouse. Make sure you identify your return boxes correctly with the name of the business and your return address, a return form will be provided shortly. Please note that returns will not be accepted at the warehouse before November 1st or after November 30th, 2023.

​Each customer will be assigned a maximum limit of units that can be returned for credit, by product category. This quantity is calculated based on the average two-week purchase (in units) over the customer's last six (6) months of purchase..

​Please note that some product categories and brands are not eligible for the return period:

• Hardware (atomizers, batteries, mods, open pod devices, etc.) is not eligible for return.
• The following e-liquid brands will not be eligible:

o   Ripe Vapes

o   Vapeskey

• The following disposable device brands will not be eligible:

o   MOFO (all products)

o   Ghost (all products)

o   VICE 5500 (this product only)

It is also important to note that all returned products must be sealed/closed and in new condition. Disposable devices sold in boxes must be returned in boxes, closed and in new condition. No individual disposable device will be authorized.

Products that do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the customer. Any quantity greater than that allocated to the customer will be returned to the customer.

 LKVape commits to credit the account the amount of the return within 30 days of receipt of the return at the warehouse.
