As you probably know, new security standards relative to vaping hardware will come into effect on January 1rst. These new regulations aim to make all vaping hardware conform to the new standards set in Ruling C.R.C., c. 870 that helps protect children, in allowing to retail market only the devices that were certified beforehand.
While the deadline for these important changes arrives, LKVape pledges to help our customers during the transition process by clearly identifying products that received the required certification so that you can make enlightened choices.
Note that we will not accept returns on unsold, functional units that are not compliant with the new regulations (C.R.C., c. 870) for credit anymore. However, defective items can still be claimed for credit via RMA as usual. These measures come into effect October 1rst.
