As you all know, many changes are coming that concern the vast majority of vaping products in Canada. These changes will require all of us to adapt, and we wanted to give you an overview of what is coming into effect. E-liquids : All of your e-liquid bottles should have a label compliant to the CCCR, 2001 (Consumer Chemical and Containers Regulations) norms. STLTH devices & pre-filled pods : Because pre-filled pods do not offer access to the e-liquid they contain, they are already compliant to the norms in ruling CRC.870 (see below). To satisfy the criterias of the CCCR, 2001, STLTH has issued new compliant packagings a few months back. Tanks and pod devices : Starting on January 1rst 2020, all vaping hardware most comply to the norms stated in ruling CRC.870. This new set of rules aims to protect children by ensuring that all vaping products on the market have specific safety measures. The majority of manufacturers are in the process of adapting their products for the Canadian market, and you will soon be able to order your favorite products in a compliant version.
